Justin studied and received his BFA in Musical Theater from Pace University in Downtown Manhattan. While studying at Pace, Justin had many incredible opportunities such as workshopping Jeanine Tesori and Tony Kushner's Caroline, Or Change directed by Jeanine Tesori. Justin was also able to take part in many shows such as Les Miserables, Memphis, Amelie, and was to be in Head Over Heels which was cancelled due to Covid-19. He was also able participate in multiple workshops such as working on the development of Pete(Her) Pan by Melvin Tunstall III and Douglas Lyons and Second Line by Sam Carner and Derek Gregor.

In and outside of school, Justin was able to work on a few significant passion projects that became a big part of his life. Some of those things would include helping out at A Broader Way Organization, freelance music arranging, and developing student organizations. One of Justin's proudest projects is FREQUENCY A Cappella. Along with a few other Pace University students, Justin Lowrey founded and ran FREQUENCY A Cappella from the years of 2017-2020. Along with being the Music Director of the group and leading them to ICCA Semifinals for three consecutive years. He also arranged music for the group to perform at many events around in NYC, New Jersey, and Boston, MA.

Justin has had a lot of incredible opportunities since theater has made its return form quarantine. Some of the opportunities include singing with Broad Talent Agency and working on shows such as the world premiere of Stoopkids Stories Live!, appearing in the Broadway Bound Theater Festival, and going on his first national tour with Daniel Tigers Neighborhood Live!. Though these were all wonderful experiences, Justin is looking forward to exploring new avenues to his career and expanding his horizons. He is ready to continue to work and continue to shine!
